With a quiet breath and even paced intentional slow step one can experience a tremendous workout. Deepening your connection to earth, enhancing vitality, and bringing peaceful presence to your day are some of the treasures of labyrinth walking meditations. Opening up your breathing and quiet listening can send you on a journey of emotional purges, joyful elations, and peaceful contemplation. Each labyrinth walk can take twenty minutes or longer depending on how many circuits there are and how fast you pace your walk, so prepare yourself and let go.
